Once your order is placed we immediately go to work creating your BODYGLAMS! The fabric is cut and measured, and each crystal is precisely hand sewn to perfection!
DAY 1- ORDER IS PLACED AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF GLAMS BEGINS.
DAY 2- GLAMS ARE FINISHED AND PREPARED FOR SHIPPING.
DAY 3- YOUR GLAMS ARE ON THE WAY!
**Custom GLAMS are shipped 3 to 5 days from the date your order was placed.
**All cancellations must be initiated before DAY 2 after your initial order.
RETURNS: We allow up to 14 business days after receiving your package to qualify for a full refund for returned items. We allow up to 30 days after receiving your package to qualify for store credit for returned items. To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for your return, all products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
Please note: ALL custom orders category are final sale items.
If a return is the result of an error on our behalf, the customer is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. When sending your return, please include the Return Slip found at the bottom of your packing slip; or if you no longer have it, include a note with your name, email, order #, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We will process your return and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
EXCHANGES: We allow up to 30 days to qualify for an exchange. We honor requests for exchanges by issuing store credit for the cost of the original item purchased, which may then be applied toward purchasing another. All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. To exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to return an item. We will notify you via email as soon as we have received your returned package and your store credit has been applied to your account. Please save your tracking number, as we cannot issue store credit for any items that are lost in the mail or do not make it to us for any other reason. We do not issue credit for shipping costs.
EXCHANGES FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Should you desire to exchange an item purchased during a Promotion, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for detailed information on how store credit will be processed.
GIFT EXCHANGES: If you are the recipient of a gift that you would like to exchange, please see our Exchange Policy above for guidelines and instructions regarding exchanges.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All items purchased between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 that are unworn and unaltered qualify for our holiday returns & exchanges period. These items may be returned for a full refund thru January 14, 2020; and may be exchanged for a store credit to be used through December 31, 2020. Please contact us at email@example.com, if you have purchased or received an item during this time-frame that you would like to return or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS: If your cancellation request is received prior 9:00AM ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, however, once processing has begun we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS/ORDER CHANGES: Once your custom order has been approved by you and payment is made, we are unable to make changes to the final order. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS: Our BODYGLAMS are all individually inspected for quality assurance before shipping.If you happen to receive a damaged pair of BODYGLAMS, please contact us immediately. We also ask that you inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES/TAXES: Due to International Laws you will be charged taxes by Customs on the items you purchase from us. Thank you for understanding.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 4 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding.

SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax.
COUPON CODES: Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in order to qualify for your purchase. Only one code may be applied per purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders outside of the promotional period. Coupon codes cannot be used on items from our “Sale” category.
SHIPPING: We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for Domestic and $25.00 for International.
PERCENTAGE OFF PROMOTIONS: Valid during promoted dates only, or while supplies last. Retail only. Cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. Excludes items from our Sale category and all items marked “New” or "Re-stocked".
PROMOTIONS: Restrictions apply to all promotions. Promotions are only valid during the specified date range, when the appropriate coupon code is entered at checkout. Promotional discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders even if those orders have not yet shipped.
