We are a custom manufacturer. Our in-house team is trained to create high quality, detailed products. In order to achieve this standard we adhere to a precise process. Our production process normally takes 7 business days, however please allow up to 10 days during the busy season. i.e, Christmas, other holidays and special events. We will update our website accordingly during these busy times.
THE PROCESS
DAY 1- Your order is placed and scheduled for production.
DAY 2- Your fabric and materials are cut to your selected size.
DAY 3- Your base is now complete, and the Glam Magic is about to begin.
Day 4- Your Glams are near completion and being prepared for the last sprinkle of magic!
Days 5-7 Your Glams are checked by Quality Control, GLAMOURIZED and prepped for shipping!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- You will be notified with a shipping confirmation once your Glams have shipped.
- All orders are shipped USPS and UPS in the U.S.A
- Global orders are shipped by DHL.
- Please be advised that COVID-19 has slowed some deliveries.
- Custom GLAMS are shipped 7-10 days from the date your order was placed.
- RUSH ORDERS are available for an additional $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Fee. Turn around time is 3-5 days from order date, and 2 day shipping is included.
- All cancellations must be initiated before DAY 2 after your initial order.
