SHIPPING POLICY

Quick delivery of orders is paramount to us. We make sure we process, fulfill and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

• All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. (Please allow 10-15 days during Holiday season)
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. There are a few times we experience a high volume of orders; shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Our standard domestic shipping is free and displayed at checkout.
• We use USPS for all USA orders and delivery should take between 3-5 business days depending on your location.
• Please note that delivery delays beyond our control may occur. Therefore, you are to allow additional days for delivery.
• Once your items are shipped, you will receive a “shipment confirmation email” containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of fulfillment.
• If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at your house.
• Bodyglams is not be responsible for packages once they are shipped and transferred to the specified third-party shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages or stolen packages. 

• Bodyglams is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• All International orders are processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days.
• Once orders are shipped out, deliveries are expected within 7-20 days depending on your location.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Sometimes we experience a high volume of orders on international shipments, and deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Our standard international shipping rate is dependent on providers' current shipping costs and most times will be calculated according to actual weight.
• If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at your house.
• Bodyglams will not be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
• Bodyglams will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your item(s). Payment of all fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer.
