RETURNS/STORE POLICY
EXCHANGES/RETURNS: We allow up to 14 business days after the package delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange. To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for your return, all products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition. As long as your return postage date is within the 14 business day Return Period, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Once you decide you want to return your Bodyglams, please email us at contact@bodyglams.com for a return shipping label.
If a return is the result of an error on our behalf, the customer is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us at contact@bodyglams.com to discuss your return. When sending your return, please include the Return Slip found at the bottom of your packing slip; or if you no longer have it, include a note with your name, email, order #, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We will notify you via email as soon as we have received your returned package and your store credit has been applied to your account. We do not issue credit for shipping costs, unless your return is due to manufacturer error. We will process your return and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
GIFT EXCHANGES: If you are the recipient of a gift that you would like to exchange, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item for a store credit or another item. Store credits are valid for 1 year from return date. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. Please see our Exchange Policy above for additional guidelines and instructions regarding exchanges.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All items purchased between November 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 that are unworn and unaltered will qualify for our holiday returns & exchanges period. These items may be returned for an exchange or store credit thru January 31, 2023. Please contact us at glamsupport@bodyglams.com, if you have purchased or received an item during this time-frame that you would like to return or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS: Our Bodyglams are all individually inspected for quality assurance before shipping. If you happen to receive a damaged pair of BODYGLAMS, please contact us immediately. We also ask that you inspect your items as soon as you receive your Bodyglams. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is an error with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
CANCELLATIONS: If your cancellation request is received prior to 9:00AM ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, however, once processing has begun we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS/ORDER CHANGES: Once your custom order has been approved by you and payment is made, we are unable to make changes to the final order. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it. ALL custom orders are final sale.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES/TAXES: Due to International Laws you may be charged taxes and fees by Customs on the items you purchase from us. Thank you for understanding.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us at contact@bodyglams.com and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Apple Pay, PayPal, AfterPay and All Major Credit Cards
SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax.
DISCOUNT CODES: Discount Codes must be entered at check-out in order to qualify for your purchase. Only one code may be applied per purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders outside of the promotional period. Discount Codes cannot be used on items from our “Sale” category.
PROMOTIONS: Restrictions apply to all promotions. Promotions are only valid during the specified date range, when the appropriate coupon code is entered at checkout. Promotional discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders even if those orders have not yet shipped.
SHIPPING: Shipping is FREE in the Continental United States $50.00/pair for International(price is subject to change).
